At Huxley & Partners we provide a reliable, high quality and friendly service to our tenants. Our agents will meet as arranged with you for property inspections, assist you with your application and be available to you during the tenancy whenever required.

Property Inspections

If you wish to inspect a property please contact us by telephone or alternatively email or fax to arrange a suitable appointment for one of our Property Manager's to show you through and discuss your requirements.

Applications for Tenancy

Please have all the necessary documents ready for your application to avoid delays in processing. You will always need Official Identification and Income or Financial Status proof. Other information you should have ready is the names, addresses and contact numbers of all referees such as your employer or emergency contact.

Payments

Renting through us enables you to experience the convenience and freedom in our easy to use payment system using National RentCard's allowing you to make payments at any Post Office in Australia, over the Internet or Telephone via BPay or Direct Debit from your nominated eligible account. Please note that the first payment of Bond (normally 4 weeks rent) + Advance Rent (normally 2 weeks rent) + Lease fee must be made in cash or Bank cheque only.
