Property Inspections

If you wish to inspect a property please contact us by telephone or alternatively email or fax to arrange a suitable appointment for one of our Property Manager's to show you through and discuss your requirements.

Applications for Tenancy

Please have all the necessary documents ready for your application to avoid delays in processing. You will always need official Identification and Income or Financial Status proof. Other information you should have ready are the names, addresses and contact numbers of all referees such as your current/previous agent, employer and emergency contacts.

Payments

Renting through us enables you makes payments by various methods including the DEFT payment system linked to an eligible account. Using the DEFT system you can pay by telephone or over the Internet. Note that the DEFT system is operated by the Macquarie Bank and they charge a fee of $0.85 (as at 13/09/2010 and subject to change) per transaction if using your linked savings account or a % if using a linked credit card account.
