Profile Mark Luchetti Mark Luchetti has spent a lifetime caring for other people’s most valuable assets. In 1992 he undertook the Advanced Certificate in Property Agency at the Wollongong Institute of Technology over 3 years and graduated at Credit Level. He commenced his real estate career in 1992 and is a qualified Licensed Real Estate Agent, accredited auctioneer, Justice of the Peace and Project Manager. In a previous life Mark was a graduate of the New South Wales Police Academy Cadet Corp training scheme, he underwent intensive full-time training over a period of 3 years. He was then sworn-in as a Police Officer at age 19 and served in the Illawarra area for a period of 14 years. Mark is the recipient of two Commissioners Commendations, the NSW Police Medal and the National Medal for Service. Mark is also a volunteer and has devoted 12 years of his spare time working within the NSW State Parks program as a Trustee. His experience in Real Estate is vast. He has been a negotiator, in one form or other, all of his adult life. Accustomed to achieving the best possible results for his clients Mark has sold real estate from Jamberoo in the south to Wombarra in the north. From multi unit developments to residential sub-divisions and everything in between. His qualified experience in all aspects of real estate gives his clients the competitive edge in a complex market place.
